Anonymous comments are one of the nasty aspects of the blogworld.
Agreed. I have been trolled on my blog and have had to start moderating it after 10 years of free speech.
However, there is a case for anonymity in certain circumstances. I am thinking of Jersey (CI) for example where responsible commenters in civilised and substantive threads comment anonymously for fear of real life retribution by corrupt authorities.
