RTE and Ukraine

Did Audrey Carville on Morning Ireland yesterday say that an EU commissioner from Ukraine was expected to get the job that Mairead McGuinness has landed?

It seems she did. But if so it has been edited out of the RTE Player version.

Ukraine is of course not in the European Union.
