That silly apostrophe again

The headline on the ad (page six of today's 'The Irish Times') suggests there is one buyer making a request. The text implies there are buyers looking for properties.

Which is it? That wrongly-placed apostrophe again.

What with floating apostrophe's (sic) and flags flown upside down, it's not the ordered world I grew up in any more.
