Tanaznian students Edwin Luguku and John Method were received by Dublin's Lord Mayor Críona Ní Dhálaigh at the Mansion House yesterday.
They are winners of this year's Young Scientists Exhibition Tanzania and are in Ireland attening the BT Young Scientist Exhibition.
Tanzania is the first country in Africa to run such an exhibition and it is the brainchild of an Irish man.
