On the Grand Canal at Latouche Bridge circa 16.30, better known as Portobello Bridge.
Not completely sure but probably correct; the bridges on the Grand and Royal canals are named after the wives of the engineers who built them.
The Royal Canal featured on RTE on Monday evening in the excellent programme on Brendan Behan.
