So often our faith or trust in an organisation can be seriously damaged by the way it behaves itself, how it is managed and run.
And then out of the blue someone publishes a report making suggestions/recommendations how matters can be improved.
You know immediately it is real, honest, offers hope.
It's like subbing text at a newspaper. You know after the first paragraph whether or not the person can write. And when the writing is good, it's such a pleasure to keep reading.
You can always tell the spoofer.
