Hats off to Michael O'Leary for his apology and saying sorry

On  September 12 this blog criticised Ryanair CEO Michael O'Leary for the comment he made about Lufthansa, British Airways and Aer Lingus  being 'high-fare rapists'.

It rightly landed him in hot water.

Yesterday Mr O'Leary apologised for his use of the word. Below is the link to his apology. He actually uses the two words; he apologies and says sorry.

Well done Michael O'Leary and appreciated too. He is an example for all of us to follow.
