Irish Socialist Party member Paul Murphy is standing in the upcoming byelection in Dublin South West. One of his posters advises voters to: "Don't pay and vote Paul Murphy". Does that mean voters are not to pay water rates and nor are they to vote for Paul Murphy?
It could be interprted in such a way?
Political parties suggesting at present that water charges should be abandoned what do they suggest be done with the thousands of meters that have been installed right around the country?
