Two ambulances, two garda cars, bike and fire brigade

Yesterday at 20.15 two Dublin Firebrigade ambulances, a fire tender, two garda cars and a garda motorcyclist arrived at the scene of an accident in Rathmines where a cyclist was lying on the ground.

Why so many vehicles?
