It’s time management listened carefully to all staff

In every organisation it is

always difficult to criticise the boss.

Who is going to go to their line manager and tell them she/he is doing a bad job? Who speaks truth to power?

Most people, especially the poorly paid, will keep their mouths shut and say nothing to their boss. And it happens everywhere.

Who’s going to tell the CEO or the general manager that they are doing a bad job. Who’s going to tell their bishop to her or his face that s/he is incompetent?

This sign appears on a Dublin City Council bring bank. A lowly paid workman stood in front of it and laughed?

Who made the mistake? How much did it cost to produce the notice? Besides the crass error, the entire notice is appallingly designed. Who designed it?

Look how the British Post Office treated its sub- postmasters/mistresses?

The same old story.

People are duty bound to stand up against wrongdoing, incompetency, fraud and lying. Saying nothing does not wash. It’s the cowards way out.
