are introducing new Bruscars. All the Dublin Local Authorities have many now in place in the capital.

The new bins are fitted with the latest technology. A signal goes from the bin when it is full to the depot. They are also fitted with compactors. The public and staff have been assured the new bins will make for a far cleaner environment.

And this happens. This bin is in a park in the Dublin City Council area. This was the situation on May Bank Holiday afternoon.
