Two KGB men: Sergei Skripal and Vladimir Putin

If it's all true, this is an interesting story, certainly a great read.

Two former KGB men and one who sharpens his skills in Dresden.

Sergei Skripal and Vladimir Putin, Soviet men of the same age, were raised to wage war against the West. After the Soviet Union collapsed, one rose. And one fell.
