Sadly, Francis has made a serious misstep in allowing his officials to arrange a meeting with Kim Davis. This woman is clearly homophobic and has refused to do her job which she is required to do without her personal religious sensibilities get in the way. Either this is Francis in his true colours or he has been betrayed by the ideological machinations of the nunciature.
