Had the party put up 100 candidates across all 39 constituencies would there now be a one-party government in Ireland?

No - is the answer. There would be a 4-5 more Sinn Fein TDs, and 3-4 less TDs from parties that received second preferences from Sinn Fein voters.
The dial would not move significantly at all.
