BlackRock Investment warns about looming retirement crisis

Larry Fink, chief executive of BlackRock Investment, the world’s largest asset manager, has warned that the world is facing a looming ‘retirement crisis’.

He says there is an urgent rethink required of pensions and working patterns.

He made the warning in his annual letter to the $10tn asset manager’s investors.

His warning makes great sense. Why should people have to retire at any age if they are capable of doing the job?  It’s the perfect example of ‘group think’. The way it was always done and so must it continue. Madness.
