Former Russian soldier tells a terrible story of wrongdoing

No doubt truth is the first causality in all wars, nevertheless, this report from their Guardian makes for interesting if not horrific reading.

Terrible atrocities are carried out by all sides in war.

Why is the United Nations not playing a strong role in trying to stop the war in Ukraine?
