Phone company eir slow to answer

Telephone provider eir has been in the news of late for all the wrong reasons.

Conor Pope in The Irish Times reported on complaints made by a large number of eir customers.

This week a customer of 30 years spent over one hour and ten minutes on the phone attempting to solve a problem.
