Michael O'Leary blather

Ryanair's Michael O'Leary said these four sentences yesterday:

We do work hard and we expect everyone around here to work hard.

And then later he said this:

They [pilots] are very skilled professionals. But are they worked-hard? No.

At least confusing. All part of the blather.
