The following is another interview with Fr Michael Kelly on Australian radio:

Great radio. Isn't the Dominican archbishop of Sydney Anthony Fisher a protoge of Cardinal Pell's?
Fr Kevin Lee, a Sydney priest, was a vocal whistle blower, exposing the abuse of minors in that diocese. When he publicly announced he had civilly married, he was booted out the next day by his bishop. If only the Church authorities were as quick to eject child abusers as eloquently and ironically expressed in the following article:

Sadly, Fr Kevin Lee died tragically a year or so later in the typhoon that hit the Philippines. RIP.
Letter in today's Irish Times.
Nor can Pope Francis alllow ''clouds' closer to home 'remain over his papacy'.
Cardinal Pell’s evidence
Sir , – It is insulting to our intelligence for Cardinal George Pell to expect us to believe that he remained ignorant of the historical widespread clerical sex abuse endemic in the Australian Catholic Church because he was deceived by priests, a bishop and even an archbishop about this reality while he stealthily climbed the hierarchical ladder to become Australia’s most senior cleric (“Cardinal insists he was ‘kept in dark’ about child abuse”, March 4th).
Pope Francis cannot allow this cloud to remain over his papacy. – Yours, etc,

Michael, that recording you linked to is from 2014.
The current issue of 'The Irish Catholic' runs the following headline: "Bishop grossly deceived me, says Aussie cardinal"
