The late Tom Woulfe was a long-time cyclist

Saturday's Irish Times carried an obituary of Tom Woulfe.

Mr Woulfe lived in Rathgar and came to Mass in the Three Patrons Church in Rathgar right up to his final days. He was 99 when he died.

The paragraph below is from Saturday's Irish Times.

"In 1978, he retired , celebrating by cycling across Ireland, on an old “High Nelly” bike. He continued to cycle until he was 88; his last trip to Kerry, when he was 79, took him two days."
