Dominicans in Ukraine

There are five Dominican communities in Ukraine. They are in Kiev, Lviv, Yalta, Czortkow and Fastowie. Yalta is on the southern tip of Crimea.

There are two men living in a flat in Yalta.

One might wonder why there are so many Polish Dominicans in Ireland, and so few in the Ukraine?
