Ryanair charges passengers €5 for boarding cards.
The passenger uses his/her computer, printer and paper to produce the boarding pass. And time. And Ryanair charges. Amazing.

How can Ryanair charge passengers to supply their own paper?
Why not just add €5.00 to the fare?
