Dublin City Council's two-sided clean-parks policy

This bin in Dartry Park has not been emptied since last Friday.

Within less than 10 metres is the sign.

But it must be noted that the bin is regularly emptied on a daily basis before 07.00. Unfortunately it is never emptied on Bank Holiday Mondays.
