Ireland falls short of EU packaging regulations

Twenty eight per cent of Ireland’s plastic packaging is recycled. It's a percentage that falls short of meeting mandatory EU targets.

Have people become addicted to having two, three vans per day arriving at their homes delivering goods purchased online?
