Babies in Germany

Last year 738,000 children were born in Germany.

That's 23,000 or 3.2 per cent more than in 2014.

It is the highest number of births in Germany in 15 years.

I'm just wondering where the 3.2 percent come from? Does your statistic give further details? It would be interesting to know if your data verifies the text below!

"Angela Merkel has become all but un(re)electable as chancellor as the electorate comes to the bleak realisation that Germany can now never be the same again after having accepted over two million Muslim immigrants whose high birth rate will inevitably place unprecedented demands on public services and irrevocably replace the centuries-old, German culture and the analytic and continental traditions of Leibniz, Kant, Hegel, Schopenhauer, Marx, Nietzsche, Heidegger and Wittgenstein, with a foreign doctrine and faith. Given the Muslim fertility rate at about twice that of nonMuslims, that would equate to about a net increase of 40,000 per year on current estimates assuming all immigration to cease as of now.

With a current population of over 80 million, and assuming that immigration will continue in the foreseeable future, the outlook for the retention of European values in Germany is bleak indeed and the proliferation of mosques will presumably gather pace and momentum throughout the country, thereby permanently changing the cultural and religious profile of the state. That may, or may not, be a good thing depending on your own ethnicity and political persuasion."

I've been watching the German team play spectacular football at this year's Euros. On that team, showing extraordinary football skills are Mesut Ozil, Smai Khedira, Shkodran Mustafi, Jonathan Tah, Jerome Boateng. Why not even mention Lukas Podolski?

Who owns what land? Christianity stresses that we are all made in the image and likeness of God.

Europe has caused enough damage and hate in the world. Maybe now is the time for us to make amends?

I'm not saying that people from other cultures are bad or less in value. It's more an issue about compatibility.
And if land doesn't matter, why was or is there for instance an issue with Northern Ireland? Why are the Irish celebrating their independence?

I found the following in the bible - what is your interpretation on that:
{Joshua 23:11–13} 11 Be very careful, therefore, to love the Lord your God. 12 For if you turn back and cling to the remnant of these nations remaining among you wand make marriages with them, so that you associate with them and they with you, 13 know for certain that the Lord your God will no longer drive out these nations before you, but they shall be a snare and a trap for you, a whip on your sides and thorns in your eyes, until you perish from off this good ground that the Lord your God has given you.

And now it's likely that Emre Can will be called up to play for Germany in the semi-finals.
How many French players have non-French ancestry?
You can find anything in the Bible or the Koran to support the zaniest of arguments.
