My son, Alan O'Reilly, who worked with you in Concern I(I think was the connection) sent me a link to your blog a few weeks ago. I've been reading it daily ever since. Coming up to Free Travel Pass age myself in October, I really enjoyed that particular one.

Thank you. Yes, Alan worked with me in the Concern Dublin office. Please pass on my kind regards to him and family. I presume he is now living in Norway.
I'm delighted you read the blog and that you enjoyed the Free travel post. Make sure to have filled out all the Social Protection forms well in advance. Department staff are helpful, efficient and kind.

Thank you Michael. I was unsure how to reply to your Blog, but now that I have you..... my name is Maeve and Alan professes great fondness for you. Yes, I have my forms completed and returned. Here's hoping I get the full pension! I'm off to Norway on Saturday and will give Alan Kaia and baby Sol your best wishes, Maeve

Enjoy Norway. It seems Michael O'Leary has no plans to accept the Department of Social Protection Travel Pass.
And how is the writing going?

Funny you should mention Michael O'Leary.... I wrote to him (humorously) asking could he consider direct flights to Bergen (never thought of asking him could I use my free Travel Pass)... and he wrote back, wishing me (the new grandmother) well, and my Bergen granddaughter all the best for a happy life in a cold climate. (smile) I knew he'd write back... he enjoys the humour.

I hope that the criminal activities cited in this piece, namely child sexual abuse, have been reported to the lawful civil authorities.

And not just in Ireland it is hoped.
